片名：蜜糖第一名(Honey)

這部電影2003年發行，我蒐集很久了，卻直到最近開始整理片子時才發現，300多部的電影，現在要開始慢慢消化，第一片就是這部《蜜糖第一名》，是由最近很夯的「潔西卡艾芭(多國混血兒)」主演的，擁有天使面孔、魔鬼身材，跟新生代女星絲嘉莉喬韓森(Scarlett Johansson)相同，都是近期備受矚目的女星，不過我認為絲嘉莉在演技方面可能更勝潔西卡一籌。

在夜店兼職當酒保的哈妮(Honey)，白天在市民活動中心教授嘻哈舞，最大的夢想就是能成為一名在檯面上的名舞者，不斷地到各表演場試鏡，卻發現幾乎都要走後門才會成功，在一次偶然的機會裡，MTV導演發現了她生動的舞技，便請她來拍攝MTV，最後更成為MTV的編舞老師，也因此她獲得了大筆的薪水。
她發現附近的黑人小孩加入不良幫派，每天胡作非為，她想藉著發揮黑人小孩的舞蹈長才來脫離幫派，讓黑人孩子們發現自己的長處，進而以舞蹈來獲得快樂、取得謀生技能，因此她計畫以薪水來購置房子，開設舞蹈教室，這是她最大的夢想。
沒想到MTV導演竟貪圖她的美色，欲圖謀不軌，她拒絕後，導演報復她，不讓她接片、也通知其他導演封殺她，斷了財務來源的哈妮，憑藉自己的力量，召集活動中心的學員與黑人孩子們一起參與她籌畫的舞蹈募款晚會，當晚大批市民與嘻哈歌星都來到晚會，晚會非常成功。哈妮總算完成了她的心願。

首先我非常驚嘆於女主角的面容與身材，真是太美了！
這是部勵志的電影，整部片搭配了許多首重節奏的舞曲，超棒的！其中於募款晚會的《I Believe》與片尾女子團體Blaque Ivory的《I’m Good》都很不錯，歌詞方面亦與劇情相呼應，聽了非常振奮人心。
而在劇情方面，我非常推崇女主角為了夢想，不畏困難，勇往直前的態度，為了成為名舞者，在試鏡或是表演時，常常會有人很直接地說出想法來抨擊她，但她完全沒被擊倒，這方面我還要繼續學習啊～～
除了美麗的女主角以及動聽的原聲帶之外，還有舞蹈，是這部片的原始精神，總是有人說哈妮抄襲，不如說她善於結合各種元素來創作她的舞蹈，不論是運球、跳繩都可透過她轉為新舞步。
而這部電影也有多位樂壇有名的嘻哈歌手客串演出，我唯一認識的嘻哈教母蜜西艾略特，說話大剌剌，很有喜感，雖然導演封殺哈妮，艾略特卻執意一定要由哈妮演出她的MTV。
感覺這部電影很像傳記式的電影，不知美國是否的確真有哈妮丹尼爾斯這號人物？
